PROBLEMS NOT EASY TO RESOLVE TODAY
There is an increase in the number of people who are fired or laid off from their jobs because they lack adequate skills to compete in the job market. Most of these people have no skills but they have families to support. The drastic change of the service sector force them to turn to minimal jobs. They can't afford to pay for formal training, or formal education, or they came to the country on a quest for a better life, but don't qualify for government help and need guidance or orientation.
